Central Asia cement's plant is located at Aktau village which is about 40 KM north of Karaganda city and 180 KM to the south of Astana, the new capital of Kazakhstan since 1996. With a total area of about 128.1 hectares, its most important raw materials, limestone and clay are extracted from 2 quarries nearby. These quarries have an area of 373.81 hectares and 71.95 hectares respectively. Deposits are sufficient to meet the Company current production needs in excess of 100 years.
