The Company has just devised a new system to assess the current job capability and compatibility. The emphasis on training will be given to increase the Company’s productivity, products quality and of course the professional and technical skills in cement manufacturing and other related fields.

The Company will be providing on-the-job, in-house as well as overseas training. The overseas training will be conducted either through technical assistances or specialized courses organized by well-known cement institutes or cement plant suppliers.

The Company has just renovated and equipped the Training Centre recently.   The English language class has just started and the response is simply overwhelming!

The Company is planning an intensive 6 months course for new recruits, especially engineers, to prepare them, for a more effective role, in the new dry lines’ operations.
